How do I change my phone number on Myforex?

To change your phone number, go to the security settings after logging in to Myforex. Verify your new phone number by entering a 6-digit security code sent to your phone to complete the process.

Step 1

After logging in to Client Manager, click (1) your icon > (2) Security in the top right corner.

Go to (1) Security information > Phone number and click (2) "Change".

The phone number window will open. Click "Proceed".

After entering (1) the new phone number, click (2) "Change". You can't change it to a phone number that is already in use.

On the confirmation window, click "Send" to receive a security code on your phone.

A 6-digit security code will be sent to your new phone number. Enter the security code.

The security code is valid for [10 minutes]. If you do not receive an SMS or the security code returns an error, click the "Resend" or "Confirm by voice" button and try again. If this does not solve the problem, please refer to the page below.
